The Wales family is undoubtedly the most talked-about in the world, especially this past year following Prince William and Kate Middleton‘s role elevation to Prince and Princess of Wales, and their relocation to Adelaide Cottage, Windsor.
While Kate and William spend the most time in front of the cameras, it is their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis that really get the world talking. And this year, the three miniature royals appear to have been spending more and more time in the spotlight, with their parents starting to ease them into royal life.
From Princess Charlotte’s first solo appearance with her parents at the Commonwealth Games this summer, to all three of the Wales children attending the Queen’s Platinum Party at the Palace concert, we are starting to see more of the royal children – something that is only expected to continue as they get older.
But while George, Charlotte and Louis seem very comfortable attending royal events, there is one part of royal life that appears to be a step too far – having their photographs taken.
Recently, it was a hilarious request by her children that got the world talking as Kate admitted that George, Charlotte and Louis are over being photographed and beg their mother to stop taking their pictures.
The Princess of Wales is known to be a keen photographer, breaking protocol to take her own children’s official portraits, but even in their down time, she often has a camera to hand.
During a video call with a finalist for her Hold Still competition however, Kate admitted, “Everyone’s like, ‘Mummy, please stop taking photographs’.”
This is hilarious.
